1/Place orders at www.Marechaux-sa.com
You can only order products presented on the site. If you place an order online. We will send you back an email confirming that we have received your order.
This email is generated automatically so that you have the details of your order. It does not necessarily mean that we are able to honor your order.
2/Price
We strive to ensure that the prices indicated on the website are correct and up to date. However, due to the nature of the order, we will have to validate this price in order
to process the order. Therefore, the prices indicated should be considered as estimates. If we are unable to supply a product ordered, or if the final price of a product is different
from the estimate given on the site at the time of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. In this case, you can cancel your order and get a refund of the money you paid.
The prices indicated on the website remain valid until they are changed by us.
We will inform you of the cost of transportation at the time before you provide your credit card information for payment. The prices indicated must be "tax-free" (VAT or other). Taxes that may apply to goods delivered by the seller are borne by the buyer and must be paid at the rate and in the manner prescribed by law.
3/Payment
You can pay by Visa or Mastercard via our secure BNP PARISBASTM payment site (secure online payment is ensured by a system of encryption of your credit card data,
preventing their interception by anyone when you send them to the payment site). The prices indicated are in Euro (€). You can use our currency converter tool to assess
the price of goods in other currencies. The converter is based on the gold court. This is for information only and cannot link Maréchaux SAS.
4/Delivery
1. The mode and delivery time is determined by Maréchaux SAS. Due to the nature of the Maréchaux SAS orders cannot, at the time of the order, give any guarantee as to
the delivery time.
2. The delivery date is subject to confirmation. However, if a delivery period has been agreed in writing, Maréchaux SAS will endeavor to respect it. Delivery times must be as
from the date of finishing or assembly at our factory or warehouse.
3. The delivery period may be extended, within a reasonable limit,
a. if the buyer modifies information after the order causing delay in delivery.
b. if Maréchaux SAS is unable to deliver the goods as a result of a case of "force majeure" as described in paragraph 6.
c. if the goods to be delivered require special administrative authorizations under the Washington Convention.
5/Risk transfer and price liability
In the event that the Buyer refuses to take delivery of the goods, the risks pass to the Buyer at the time of refusal. At the same time, the purchase price becomes immediately due.
In addition, Maréchaux SAS is then entitled to claim from the Buyer the payment of any expenditure induced or which may be induced in the future by the delay in the acceptance
of the delivered goods (including interest, storage or transport costs, ...)
6/Major Force
Maréchaux SAS cannot be held responsible for the consequences resulting from circumstances beyond its control such as wars, natural disasters, boycotts, strikes, shortages of
energy,fuel or raw materials, ... In such cases, the Buyer may withdraw from the contract (or suspend its performance). No claim for compensation
may be made in this case. This clause also applies to subcontractors who, without fault of Maréchaux SAS, fail to fulfill their obligation to deliver
on time or if the usual means of supply and transport are interrupted.
7/ Export control
Products purchased or received under these terms and conditions are subject to French export laws, restrictions and regulations. The Buyer agrees to comply with the export
laws, French restrictions and regulations, as well as with foreign agencies and authorities; and shall not export, or transfer to.
